What is the correct term for Hang Gliding?

The correct term is "Hang Gliding Flight", but what really matters is the experience of flying and feeling the unique emotion that this adventure provides. Regardless of the name, the feeling of freedom and adrenaline is incomparable.

Do I need experience to fly hang gliding?

No, you don't need previous experience! All flights are carried out with an experienced and certified pilot. Before taking off, you will undergo pre-flight training, where all necessary procedures will be explained. This ensures that you feel safe and prepared to enjoy the most of this unforgettable experience. Just relax and enjoy the unique feeling of flying.

How long does a hang gliding flight last?

On average, a flight lasts between 7 and 20 minutes, depending on natural conditions. As I LOVE flying, we will fly for as long as nature allows to guarantee an incredible experience. The entire flight procedure, from meeting at Praia de São Conrado to landing, lasts on average 1 hour.

What clothes should I wear?

I recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing, like what you would wear to the gym. It is mandatory to wear closed-toe shoes (sneakers, for example) to ensure safety and comfort during the flight.

Is there a minimum and maximum age to fly?

The minimum age to fly is 14 years old. For under 18, it is necessary to be accompanied by a parent or guardian and bring the necessary documents. If those responsible cannot come along, you can send the documents by WhatsApp. I will help you with the necessary procedure.

What is the weight limit to fly?

Although the Delta Wing supports up to 250 kg, for safety reasons the limit for takeoffs and landings is around 90/95 kg, varying depending on the wheather conditions of the day.
